Hello, you can call me Rika!I'm a freelance digital artist. I do illustration and I love making chibi art. I also occasionally learn animating.I've been doing art since 2011 and was active on Instagram under the name choco_rika10 (now rikasan.ni) until 2018 and was in hiatus after due to uni-life. I moved to digital art in mid 2020 and start focusing since mid 2023.I sometimes stream my art process on Twitch.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • I have the right to decline a project if I feel the request is something I can’t deliver well.

  • I do not accept commission with hardcore R-18 content and offensive themes.

  • Client will only receive digital file(s) of the commission.

RUSH ORDER

  • If you opt for a rush order (less than 2 weeks) there will be an additional 50% of the total price.

  • Rush order is only available if I can meet it, so please ask beforehand and confirm with me via Twitter DM, VGen DM, or email: [email protected].

WORKING PROCESS

  • After receiving the payment, I will send you the sketches in 1-2 weeks.

  • I offer maximum 3 free revisions for sketches until the sketches are approved.

  • After the sketch is approved, I will have the commission completed in the next 1-4 weeks.

  • 1-2 minor adjustments at the finishing stage can be requested for free (<5% of the work, including hues, missing details, etc.).

  • Any further edits will have added fees to the overall cost. Complete reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the original work.

  • Changing references is allowed if I haven’t started on your commission. Please ask first if I have started or not.

  • No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.

  • All prices and payments are in USD via PayPal invoice.

  • At the end of your order a +5% Paypal fee will be added.

  • Upfront payment must be made before I begin the commission.

  • No refunds, but I offer revisions as stated in the “Working Process” section.

  • I will remove your slot if you do not send the payment within 3 days (72 hours) after claiming the slot.

PERMISSION, USES, AND CREDITS

  • I, Days of RiKA/Rika/Rika Outa, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. Do not claim that the commission art is made by you, therefore don’t edit the commission art or wipe my signature.

  • I reserve and retain rights to artist credits and publishing the art: this allows me to publish finished artworks on my personal portfolio, social media, and stream the commission process, unless discussed otherwise.

  • Except for private commission, I have the right to use the artwork for my portfolio as well as to upload the commission on my social media.

  • Private commission costs an additional 20% of the total price.

  • If you don't want the process (WIP) to be shared anywhere but publishing anytime is okay, there will be privacy fee of +10%.

  • These are non-commercial commission, personal use only. Detailed explanation below:

  • Personal use: the use of artwork for non-profit purpose. E.g. using it as avatar/wallpaper on non-profit sites (Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

  • Commercial use: the use of artwork that directly/indirectly brings financial gains. E.g. using the artwork for your brand (business purposes, marketing, etc.), using it on social media/streaming platforms that able to gain profit (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), or using it for merchandise/resale.

  • Commercial use – promotion purpose: streaming asset, promotional use, song covers. This charges x1.8 of the total price.

  • Commercial use – merchandise, resale, prints, keychains, etc. This charges x2 of the total price.

  • If you make a merchandise/resale/prints/keychains/etc. from Twitch emote/Twitch sub-badge, this also charges x2 of the total price.

  • Publishing of commercial commission can be requested and discussed to be uploaded on my social media account, especially for marketing purposes.

  • Strictly do not redistribute my work anywhere without my permission. You have to properly credit me when you repost the commissioned work (such as linking any of my relevant social media account).

  • If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the royalty, I reserve the right to decline future commission.

  • You may NOT use the commissioned work for any AI (Artificial Intelligence) training related.

  • Non-commercial and commercial works made by Days of RiKA/RiKA are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service stated.

KARAOKE REDEEM RULES

Hello redeemers,

  • Welcome to the ears breaking session- ahem. I mean (hopefully not so scuffed) karaoke redeem session.

  • By redeeming karaoke, you agree risking yourself to be cursed by the unholy singing (and some random gremlin noises) that can cause you nightmares.

  • I only do karaoke from this list.

  • I mostly do karaoke with vocals in the background and I will lower some songs’ keys to match my voice pitch. Like it or not, please kindly do not complain if some of your oshi/fav singer voices get changed/you think it’s weird. I know sometimes it’s weird, but please be kind to my throat.

  • I’m sorry but i no longer accept on the spot requests outside the list. I only sing songs i’m comfortable and confident enough singing. I hate making too many mistakes and embarrassing myself in front of the public if it’s a song i’m not familiar with.

  • Wellllll maybeeeeee you can request a title, but it has to be wayyyyyyy before the karaoke, so i can prepare. BUT if i don’t find myself enjoying the song, let alone learning it, or i just don’t want to sing it, or i genuinely CAN’T sing it, then i hope you can respect my decision and not force me to do so.

I’ve made the karaoke especially expensive this time cause these songs are the ones i’m at least confident in singing. I’ll try my very best to deliver the scuffest (best) of my capability. Tho don’t hope too much on my singing please aaaaaa
